• Build grounds program from scratch to operations take in-house

• Cultivate and care for ornamental plants and turf

• Operate, maintain, and repair equipment, vehicles, and trailers safely and effectively

• Develop and grow relationships with residents

• Maintain and grow skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC

• Remove snow and ice using plows, power brushes, and ice melt

• Lead a diverse staff of international/domestic interns and paid employees
